Terms
The deal between your business and Conzilla Tech, in plain English.
Last updated 27 October 2026
1. Who these terms are between
These terms are between Margaritaville Limited, trading as Conzilla Tech (‘we’, ‘us’), and the business named when you sign up (‘you’). Margaritaville Limited is registered in England and Wales, company no. 16407047. Our registered office is Unit 4b Office 2, Wymondham Business Centre, Eleven Mile Lane, Suton, Wymondham, Norfolk NR18 9JL.
We only work with businesses. When you sign up, you confirm you’re buying for your business, not as a consumer.
We’ll email you a copy of these terms when you sign up. The version you agreed to when you signed up is the one that applies.
2. Plans and prices
- Website: £0 upfront, then £35 a month.
- Pay once: £495 for the build, then £15 a month for hosting and care.
- Google care, Reviews: £39 a month.
- Google care, Reviews and listing: £59 a month, or £25 a month if you have a website with us, on the Website plan or Pay once (see section 8).
- Google check-up: £79, one-off.
- Edits: £35 a job, up to 30 minutes. We’ll quote bigger jobs before we start. There’s no free quarterly update.
3. VAT
We’re not VAT registered, so we don’t charge VAT. If we register, we’ll add VAT at the rate that applies from the date we register, and we’ll give you 30 days’ notice by email.
4. Paying
You pay by card or Direct Debit through Stripe. Monthly fees are taken in advance, starting on the day you sign up. One-off fees (the Pay once build, the Google check-up and edits) are paid before we start the work.
Your site goes live once your first payment has cleared.
Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Direct Debit Guarantee.
5. Website plan: minimum term and cancelling
The first 3 months are the minimum term, so 3 monthly payments of £35 (£105 in total).
If you cancel or stop paying before the 3 months are up, the monthly fees left in those 3 months are still due, and we’ll invoice you for them.
After the first 3 months, you can cancel any time by giving us 30 days’ notice. Email us at [email protected].
Your site stays online, and your monthly payments carry on, until your notice period ends. The last payment we take is the one due before the day your notice ends.
6. When a Website plan ends
While you’re on the Website plan, we own the design and site files and licence them to you.
When your notice period ends, your site goes offline, unless you’ve bought it outright for £195. If you have, we’ll hand the site files over to you.
7. Pay once
Once the £495 is paid, the site files are yours. The £15 a month covers hosting and care, and has no minimum term. If you stop hosting with us, we’ll send you a free export of your site. Monthly fees stop at the end of the month you’ve already paid for.
8. Google care and the Google check-up
Google care has no contract. You can cancel any time by emailing us, and billing stops at the end of the month you’ve already paid for.
The £25 a month rate for Reviews and listing is for any website client, whether you’re on the Website plan or Pay once. If your Website plan or your Pay once hosting ends, Reviews and listing goes back to £59 a month unless you cancel it too.
You add us as a manager on your Google Business Profile, so you never share a password with us. You can remove our access at any time. We reply to reviews within 2 working days, in your voice. We don’t promise any particular rating or ranking on Google.
The Google check-up is a one-off £79. We check your hours, category, description and photos, fix anything out of date and reply to your last 10 reviews.
9. Refunds
We don’t refund monthly fees for part months. One-off work, such as the Google check-up or an edit, isn’t refunded once it’s been delivered. If we make a billing mistake, we’ll refund it straight away. If something looks wrong, please contact us first, before contacting your bank.
10. Late or failed payments
If a payment fails, we’ll try again and email you. If it’s still unpaid 14 days after we’ve told you in writing, we may take your site offline or pause Google care until your account is paid. We may also claim statutory interest and compensation under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
11. Your domain and your content
Your domain always stays in your name. Your own content, such as your text, photos and logo, is always yours, and we’ll send it back to you on request.
12. Price changes
We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before any price change, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
13. Our liability
Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We’re not liable for lost profits or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can’t legally be limited.
14. Law
These terms are governed by English law.
